FAQ's

Who is the Workshop for?
This 'Talk Life Story' Workshop is for foster carers and adoptive parents. We have a separate workshop for social workers, Click HERE to sign up for the social workers workshop. If you are a foster carer or adoptive parent this workshop is for you.

What platform is the Workshop on?
The workshop is a live workshop in a private Facebook group. When you sign up you will be given access to the group so you can access the workshop. We use Facebook so those who cannot access the workshop at 9am (we know how busy social workers are) can watch the video replay later in the day. Access to the recording of the workshop will be available for seven days after the workshop, after that recordings will be made available to those who sign up to receive a hard copy recording. If your work PC/Laptop won't access Facebook you can access the recordings on a personal laptop, phone or tablet.

Does the Workshop take Life Story Practice Guidance into account?
Absolutely! The workshop takes into account Life Story practice guidance in England and Wales. Throughout the workshop you will hear about how implementing the practices you hear about you will be compliant with practice guidance.
